Do you take custom orders?
Yes, please message me directly on Instagram or use the Contact page for any custom order inquiries.

Where do you ship? 
CwC is based in the US and currently ships only within the US.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders will take 1-3 weeks to ship as all products are made-to-order.

Can I wash my plush?
Spot clean only, or hand wash with a soap and towel. Washer/dryer is not recommended.
